Ive looked on the web site and there are no contact details, i thouhgt about just cancelling my direct debit but worried I will incure charges if they try to take payment.

I know what you mean decided to pull out last month when the rumours began about their money problems they offered me all sorts to stay 3 months free 6 at half price (which when I pointed out was the same as 3 months free the operator began to get the hint!)
