How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

Had a pretty awful week in GB last week. Circumstances that occurred rather than the country itself, or the people for that matter.
Hadn’t been to England since October 2019 and found that the small villages and towns in Suffolk were finding it hard to keep business in the local pubs. So many of the places that I used to frequent were closed or only open a couple of days a week.

What this is down to, I will not speculate or try to insinuate. It could be a number of things.

The people however were as warm as ever they had been. That was good to see but those I know are experiencing hard times for one reason or another.

It was a grim week. Visiting family.
Family? What can you do?

Tory politicains and their tax avoiding backers have fucked the country over for their personal gain.

It shouldn't be a surprise most tory party doners that backed brexit with their considerable contrbutions to the leave campaign are now in the fortunate position of buying settled status in the EU which can be bought for a million quid in their favoured location, Cyprus,

I don't know why you should think we would be unfriendly because of their duplicity. We are the same people we have always been. Politicians have royally fucked up this country over the last 13 years, and they don't represent us anymore. It's going to take generations to repair the damage the shower of shit that have been in charge of our country have wreaked on all of us during their tenure, but in spite all that, they haven't ground us down so much we can't be pleasant and as chatty as ever.

It’s down to costs mate. I live in rural Scotland and the few village pubs we have operate part time only due to lack of footfall and sadly they are closing fast due to price of beer, cost of living and no one going in.

Utility bills for business’ arent subsidised so are through the roof
Local butchers has shut as bills have gone from £300 a month to £2500. Not everything is brexits fault

I dont think its a secret that the gov would prefer to deal with big corporates only and have the little independents just go away

I don't think it's fair to not blame everything on brexit. The evidence is there for all to see.
