Second homes should be illegal as well although there would always be a loophole.
Very good argument due to the wider negative consequences it has on communities on the coast or in national parks
Would make sense for there to be a licensing scheme on Air B&B type holiday lets and there's less chance homes will be left empty for a large part of the year.
For people wealthy enough to own a second home for holiday purposes, don't see why you can't just use short term lets, holiday parks or caravans instead.
