The vegetarians make good steaksSeared both sides on a red hot griddle, then in a hot oven for 5 mins with garlic butter.
Rest for 5 and scoff, with homemade chips, and maybe a peppercorn sauce made with cream and mushrooms.
Should be pink in the middle, almost charred on the outside.
Nice glass of red to accompany.
