How high would this day be in your opinion, compared to for example the day when the Nazis surrendered, the 1966 England win etc?

Almost as good as the day you could buy crisps that were ready salted.

Over the top - we battered a piss poor team thjat will be relegated (why the fook did you think Coyle jumped shit - he knew what was coming) haopy with the result alaways haopy when we win - chuffed as fook we are in 4th and though the lads put on a decent performance today but this was not an all time great day.

Season changing, like when mid table in the third tier at Xmas time we came from a goal down against Stoke to win 2-1 and then went on to reach the play offs.
A win like this will give us the confidence to go on and get 4th spot, the force is with us.
We have all got to believe and back the team, the manager and every player and no more slagging anyone off.

Give over. Nobody scores 6 goals away from home without playing well.

Did not say that thought we played well BUT it cannot be ranked in an all time great day - there are plenty of other things - for ecample the 4 - 3 win over the spuds after being 3 - 0 dowm with 10 men at half time - Gillingman game and there are others.

City turn in a record breaking performance and send a powerful message out to our closest challengers in establishing ourselves as the break-through Club in the top 4.

Norwich blow thier title hopes at home to Chelsea.

Mark Halsey is back on the pitch after a horrendous time of it.

Swindon wallop Leeds and go 2nd.

Oh and apparently the lad Jesus is making a comeback!

Pretty decent weekend IMHO.

Was my birthday yesterday and I don't think it could have been any better. Was great from the start with Chelsea doing the rags and watching them all leave the pub spitting their dummies out whingeing about the ref. Tottenham getting dicked and City banging 6 in. Great day

started with a really big smile at 17.40 pm and it's still there now

on the way to the game made daughter turn off her rap crap on radio 1 for 606 just in time to hear sunderland's third, thought we'd be top 4 by the end of the night, couldn't imagine for one moment that we'd also close the goal difference so much

Very highly.

Because it was my 18th :)

-- Sun Apr 04, 2010 11:16 am --

Identical for me mate. What a day

Brilliant day all round. Forget the fact that Burnley were as poor as a jug of diluted smegma, we needed the three points to sahow we mean business and we did it with style and a hard-working, gutsy display. All of course made better by Spuds taking a pounding and the vile rags losing at home.

right up there with the break up of Slaughter and the Dogs

The break up of Manchesters finest Slaughter and the dogs was one of the blackest days in History! but Balti all is not lost as Slaughter and the Dogs have been back in exsistance since 1996. Facebook Slaughter and the Dogs.

It ranks highly with me. Seen the best and worst days with City and this is one that will stay in the memory. Biggest win my youngest son has ever seen and it was great to see him beaming (especially after seeing him crying at the swamp a not so long ago).

But the main reason I rate this highly is because of the record breaking 3-0 in 6 and half mins and then 5-0 by half time, and away from home. I don't believe any of us will see that again and so it will be one we talk about for years.
