Is he better than Corrigan at the same age, their careers followed similar paths
but Big Joe lost his form and confidence, he fought back tho' thankfully, how can Hart improve, he is already one of the best shot stoppers, his semi save from Berbasulk was top class and he produced another at the end

One of the best in the world for his age. I don't see how that can even be disputed. He can go on to be one of the best keepers in the world. On form, over the last two seasons, he's probably not that far off anyway.

I don't like his risky touches in front of strikers, only thing I dislike, brilliant player.

Sort his distribution out and you won't be able to name anybody in the world who is noticeably better than Hart.

Already an excellent goal keeper.

He's looks even better for England as Capello encourages him to have early distribution when he collects the ball, it does help having fast players there though, for City some of our players are so slow or lazy at getting themselves in space Joe has no option. You'll see him run to the edge of his box and have nobody to throw or pass to, very very often!

His kicking has improved an awful lot from when he was number one under Sven and Hughes (2008). He's got a better range of kicks, out of hands kicks have become very good. His shot stopping is immense, like proper immense. That game at Spurs was truly the best goalkeeper display I've seen since Schmeichel at Anfield in 2003 and before that the same man for United away at Newcastle one year. His cross catching is very good. I was nervous about crosses in the box on Monday night but he came and caught (and held) all but one cross all night (Samba header int fist half).

Still doesn't really throw it out though. It's like he doesn't have confidence that he can throw it far. That's his only floor in my opinion!

He turned 24 last week, so many years ahead of him. Schmeichel didn't sign for United until he was 28 and even then didn't get in the starting XI for 18months, so was nearly 30 before he became the best goalkeeper in the world, and of all-time in many peoples opinions.

Plus he's 6'5" tall!

He can be as good as he wants to be. Some keepers think that they are truely great but when it comes to proving it on the pitch they arent as good as they think they are. This is what I think it is with Hart at the moment he thinks he has made it but there is still a lot of hard work ahead of him. He needs to keep his focus during the games were he might not have a lot to do. He is lacking a football brain in my opinion but you would hope he is learning from his mistakes that he has made this season. Next season will be make or break for him at the club. Cant afford another major blip like the 1 he had this season.

What blip? You think Joe's had a blip of a season?! His brilliant to blip ratio is about 97:3!

Okay he could have saved Etherington's goal at Stoke and he and Kolo fucked up against Blackburn but I can't think of any others.
