How good of a cook are you?

Final day of being home alone and I can't cook at all, attempted to cook some garlic bread and it's not cooked in the middle so I've just rang up for a kebab and chips. Jesus, I can't wait to have some proper food tomorrow! I'm an atrocious cook.

P.S - Anyone want some garlic bread?

pre-heat the oven gas mark 6 and put it on a baking tray for 13 minutes.

Like to think I'm a good cook. Made a beef goulash tonight and am pretty good with most types of food, except chinese. Not a fan of Chinese food.

To be fair those garlic breads have a tendency to remain frozen in the middle if cooked for the assigned timings. Have way through take it out and open each slice slightly with a knife and then return to the oven

not if you pre-heat the oven. Many make the mistake of just whacking the food and turning oven on-wrong. Needs up to 10 mins to come to temp before putting food in for cooking.
