How long before a match do City send the tickets?

I bought tickets for the Chelsea game taking place on the 23rd November at the Etihad back in July. I got the confirmation email and the money was withdrawn from my account.
The ticket sale also shows up on my purchase history when I log in at the city website.

When can I expect to get the tickets?

Depends once City know if a game is being moved. We got our Watford tickets about 6 weeks before the game ....

Usually between 7 and 14 days prior to the game. So, probably the first or second week in november.
