How many days holiday are accrued per month?

I've been dismissed from my job and I worked there from mid December - End of March and I didn't take any holidays whilst working there.

I spoke to my former employer last night and he said he'd check today but he doesn't think I've got and holidays but he'll check today?

How can that be right when I worked there 4 months nearly, I must have accrued some holidays and he owes me for them.

I've spoke to him today and he said it's the end of the PAYE year or something and he'll let me know soon.

How many days holiday are accrued per week/month?

To be fair he's not got a clue what he's doing we never got paid on time and I'm still waiting for my P45 2 weeks later.

Check your T&C's and contract or even company handbook.

You agree these when you sign.

I believe the legal minimum is 20 days per annum plus bank holidays. You have completed 3 full months and are entitled to 5 days holiday pay. You should get this 1 week after your final wage.
