How many points to win the league?

I think somewhere around the 90/92 mark will win it.

It’s natural, with all the various cup comps plus relegation sides fighting for their lives, that there are upsets as we move into the business end of the season.

I think you’re underestimating it mate. I just don’t see those jammy twats dropping that many points. To finish on 92 they’d have to lose 3 and draw 2 of their last 15 games, and there weren’t many upsets for us at the business end of last season. 98 would be nearer the mark IMO

How about they lose two and draw one. Means we can afford to loose just once.

The general rule when a team gets an extraordinary amount of points is that it was a once horse race for a majority of the season

Pressure does all sorts of things in sport , when there is none its easier to keep winning

Look at Liverpool in 2014 , they pretty much had to win 14 games in row to win the league , they were swatting aside everyone until they almost had it won

We have shown last season we are capable of putting together winning runs when the pressure is on. Take each game as it comes , beat the team in front of us and we will win it

Too much being made of the points totals they dont mean much apart from not having to worry much about the battle going on behind us. If , presuming we win today and are 4 points behind,if it was 57 and 53 points not 60 and 56 more of us would probably be comfortable with a 4 point gap with 15 to go the way I see it we have 7 ish games to get it down to 2 or less, going into the last 8 just 2 behind I’d be surprised if the pressure didnt tell on them more than us.

I have a feeling it might come down to goal difference...

Spurs are growing. Everyone is thinking and focusing on Liverpool but they are definitely a threat too and growing as a football team. Their squad with the likes of Son, and Moura is probably better than Liverpools. I rate Liverpool's first 15 players but I dom't think they have the same depth as City or Spurs particularly in the forward line.
Did you ever really think Spurs were a threat?

4 of our next 5 games we play before Liverpool play means each time we win we'll be 1 point behind. Hopefully they will crack under the pressure. We fight to the end!!!

I still believe it will be in the high 90s to win it.
The Dippocrites have a really winnable next 6 games. We can only think of our next game, beat whoever we play. We cannot change their games. All we can do is not fcuk up. That will send the delusional cnuts even more hyper.

Yes, there’s quite a few games left, but we still have to play some tough opponents.
Mills on MOTD was his in usual dipper wankfest mode. I’m just surprised you can’t see Klipperty pubes hanging out his mouth. Cnut.
