I care only about City. We keep getting beat by teams doing the same thing to us. I'll tell you another thing it's time we got a proper 9 in. Kun is gone soon and injured as he has been for a fair chunk of last season too. Constant poor finishing means we have to work far harder than most to get a win. Miss, miss fucking miss.

You are right it is getting to that stage by a crazy lineup yesterday!

A line up that dominated the game and had almost 15 times as many shots as them. The line up was absolutely spot on bearing in mind our circumstances. Losing doesn’t change that unless you are hysterical. Defeats are a normal thing in sport.

United have Liverpool, Leicester, Spurs, Villa. Some very difficult games they even have Leeds

They will win all their remaining games. You could see today they think they can win the league now.
We had the chance to close the door, pretty much, yesterday but we took victory for granted against a decent counter attacking side and gave them the incentive.
They will piss the Europa league and can afford to attack the premier league games because they've got enough up front in reserve and will destroy shit opposition.
We chose to rest players because we face a good Dortmund side on Wednesday and, should we get through, we will have to rest players again.
However we have seen those coming in are not good enough/playing well enough to win without 3 or4 of the key players being in the team.

If it was up to me, I would play the same team as yesterday against Aston Villa. 8 points for 6 matches and people here act like there's a good shot we lose the league... People here are crazy if they want to play a subpar team for the cups, when the possibilities to lose the PL are 1 to 1000. Even if yesterday team plays all PL matches, we would still be huge favorites to win it.

Losing the cups(and making history possibly winning all the titles) just to take our chances to lose the PL from 1/500 to 1/10000 is a small-team mentality.

The only change is that I would play Ruben Dias, because his leadership and defensive organization are irreplaceable.

They have the same worries. Playing Thursday night Europa League semifinals is also draining. As someone posted above, we play mainly mid table teams with nothing to play for. We can always worry but we can also recognize that this is an opportunity that will probably never surface again. Next season are we going to be at least 8p above with 6 matches remaining and still going strong in all the cups? We have our issues (especially the forward position), so all the cups will be tough, but I'm not worried about the league. We have more than enough to get over the line. Pep will play strong team against Aston Villa (without Grealish) to win early and save ourselves for the League Cup final. From then United are going to drop points, especially with Liverpool soon out of Europe and Leicester already out.

Dias and Stones form an incredible understanding and partnership. We go an insane amount of games with not even conceding a goal. Pep gets bored, soon as La porte is back from injury, he starts fucking about again. We scrape through with narrow wins, but we start conceding, when we were not conceding.

That abomination in Lyon when we saw our Bench at the end was mind boggling.

When KDB came back from injury i thought he was going to give him a cardiac arrest the amount of game time he was getting whilst clearly unfit.

In trying to win everything we could end up with nothing! Personally I'd have rather have beaten Leeds than play a depleted team in the belief it may prolong our efforts in the Champions League.

Our problem is we never seem to learn that eventually something has to give in our quest to win everything. If we were only faced with trying to secure the Premier League and the Champions League we may have half a chance, but playing all 4 has turned April into a prime example of how if you spread yourself to thinly you become ineffective. Not only are teams sheets becoming random exercises in who's least tired, such a methodology seldom puts out our best 11 and as such our coherence suffers. I could have named United's team today and they have only one way of playing so can predictably grind results.

This is going to be one hell of a stressful month.

We definitely don’t rest 7 players because no matter how good we are changing that many against a very dangerous team who went toe to toe with us last year is fucking stupid and all it has done is just put pressure on us when it was not needed and if we do win the title this season we better sign a top striker because next season will be very difficult as both Utd and Liverpool and Chelsea will strengthen and one of them could have haaland up front .

So you would risk injuries for the Dortmund game ? besides don’t you understand we should’ve won that game yesterday with the amount of goal attempts to their 2. Nothing wrong with that team selection. It was a smash and grab freak result.
