When dissected in this way it’s clear to see that FFP is very ‘you can do this, but can’t do that’ and ‘this is ok, but this isnt’.

How the governing body thinks it is lawful and appropriate to attempt micro manage businesses in this manner is fucking mindboggling.

I’m not aware of any other form of business where businesses are dictated to in this manner. My understanding is that businesses are free to operate however they see fit?

This shit needs challenging in court and battering all over the show.

I think the only thing, and it's a small thing, that I would say is that the references to us, we, our and so forth will allow those who want to dismiss it to call it the ramblings of a fan. I know they will do that anyway, but I always feel it looks more objective to say City, Manchester City, them and they in an article like this.

Great piece prestwich blue, must admit I just gazed over the tables (poor attention span), but the overall summaries and the depth at which you've gone into the finer detail of what UEFA originally wanted and how they moved the goalposts later, should be enough for even the sceptics.
