I am sorry but I can't get my head round Mirror and experts, fuckwits more like who have about as much idea as to who will be where at the end of the season than the ordinary man in the street.

Well of course I knew that but I was just using it as a figure of speech.Kinkys Left Foot said:Prestwich_Blue said:Anyone who describes Lawrenson as a "football expert" should be sued under the Trades Descriptions Act.ethan23 said:They've mainly all predicted the 3 that came up to go back down again!
That's so lazy to predict all the promoted sides will go down when it has rarely happened (if ever). Cardiff are a decent side and Hull have Steve Bruce as manager. He's not the greatest but he knows enough to keep them up.
Newcastle and Sunderland could easily self-destruct and Stoke could be in trouble.
Thats not like you PB, you're normally all over the legislation. Any Consumer Protection connoiseur knows that the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 was binned in May 2008 in favour of the the The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 however trade advertisements that are not mere advertising "puffs" would be better dealt with by the The Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008. Additionally the TDA was a regulatory piece of legislation under which bodies could prosecute offenders resulting in fines of up to Schedule D (£5000) from summary prosecution or up to 2 years imprisonment and a fine under indictment. The act of suing someone is dealt with mostly by the small claims or civil courts in relation to offences such as libel for defamation tort or damages.
In any event they should just shoot the scruffy no nowt twat. ; )
