How would i create an iphone app ?

Got an idea for an iphone app.....is there a certain type of software that creates the apps. Any construct advice would be appreciated, thanks.

You will need mac to run the development environment and tool kit in the above kit. Good area to get into if you have time to learn, if not I can point you in direction of offshore teams you could use to outsource the development to.

Don't think you need an iphone either as the development environment includes an emulator.
