Don't mind him there and the fact of the matter is that Pep EXPECTS his strikers to be able to do that, but he just needs to have the desire to pass and move rather than 1, take the whole team on or 2, pass and then slowly make his way forwards to join the attack. If he passes and gets on his bike he will get the ball and it will be in a very very favorable postion for him.
