Hull away £50 a ticket.

I repeat myself, no need to boycott a match in full.
FSF and supporters club should organize a protest to take place in stadiums on a specific weekend of Premier League.
A good start would be leaving all the stands empty for the first 10 minutes of each match. It would certainly get a great visibility and papers would talk about it. Pressure on clubs. How to do it and get all fans involved? No idea!

and there are 1000s like you, supporting every club up and down the land, which is why a boycott of rip-off football in the UK can currently never happen

i know, good innit.

What a shite comment and a ridiculous previous statement. Trying to appear to be one of the world's biggest blues and "a top WUM lolz" in same discussion. Nice going.

Apart from the fact that issues like this are actually really important to a lot of people, seriously jeopardising an activity that in some cases has lasted decades or even generations of the same families, and such a discussion is not an appropriate place to be acting like a nob (imo, obviously)

if some tight fisted pricks want to neglect our players go fucking let them. i missed loads of games when i was a kid as we had fuck all. now i can afford to go i'm going to go. i'm not the biggest blue you fucking loon(imo) i am just a old fan that spends his time and money on city rather than other things.

Not a cat in hells chance of that. And anyway you'd paid for your ticket so why would they be bothered what you did? You could miss the first 89 minutes if you wanted to - why on earth would that change their charging policy?

The only way you'd get anything done is if there were loads of unsold seats - and I doubt that would happen these days. If the people in the higher loyalty points brackets didn't buy them, then the ones who don't usually qualify would probably think 'fuck it, it's the only chance I'm going to get to go so I'll cough up that silly price as I might not chance again'

So it's up to each individual - pay up and go or don't and watch it at home or in the pub.

As I said, some will chose not to. 2,400 will.

Ooooooo it's all me me me, so as a kid with fuck all I take it you don't give a flying fuck about the kids with fuck all now then? Or have I miss read you???
Sorry if I have got the wrong end of your argument but that is what it seems your implying. I think we are trying to ensure everyone can go to the game and not just those with a few bob in their later life.
I am sure some one on here can work out today's price of a game compared to what it did cost say 30 years ago.

as a nation we have never been better off. these days there are more distractions to spend our money. we drink more, drive more and holiday more. i take my holidays once the CL has taken place. personal choice. i go for a couple of nights maybe which leaves some dosh for hull away etc. i bet some people on here spend a lot more on cigs than i do going to city.

Best way for major impact would be if 1 weekends fixtures where completely boycotted by ALL away fans in EPL, stand together as 1 to make ALL clubs take notice

Wouldn't matter a jot, most clubs would just sell the away section to home fans.

Isn't that against FA rules?

City will always be able to sell my tickets to some twat from China or Japan...while we are winning.
This old chesnut. Do you honestly think that the Etihad would be full of Chinese and Japanese people if every other nationality never showed up?

I think you would have to have a serious smoking habit to do that :-)

I may pay the £50 for this one. If you have to pay then you have to pay but as in the Wigan game 8 years ago or whenever it was, having paid my £45 or whatever it was, I felt I had earned my right to slag the twats off at the end of the game after the Shambolic performance they put in! I doubt that would happen again now but of it did, you may hear a few expletives from me!

They have to offer them, if the other club doesn't sell they won't leave empty blocks. We did it on Saturday with the upper tier in S/S. I think we only give some clubs the whole of the lower tier as we can't segregate one block as there wouldnt be toilets and food/drink outlets?

Whilst not FA rules, didnt we locate the Villareal (?) fans in half a block in the Colin Bell stand as there was only a handful of them? The usual away section was open to Blues.

So commentators just say that the crowd is stuck in traffic or late arriving? That will show the clubs and make them lower their ticket prices.....
