Hypnotism

Does it work or is it Bullshit. My mate from work has been twice, 1st to combat a fear of flying and 2nd to give up smoking, well he's now been on a plane and not smoked a fag in over a month. Has anyone been hypnotised and did it work?

I went to get hypnotised 9th December 2004 to stop smoking. I havent smoked since. I am not saying its easy, because its not, but its worked for me. I still think about smoking now but I wont do it.
