he is 22 ... it's allowed, your allowed something like 1 or 2 under 23's

you are allowed to play an entire qualifying camaign and the folowing tournament if you start the qualifying matches when you are 21...so in theory, with the amount of games you play you could play th first game of the qualifying tournament just before you are 22...and play in the finals tournament when you are nearly 24
