After the result and performance in Amsterdam on Wednesday evening I had the usual suspects climbing out of hibernation to slabber about how great the rags are and how City cannot Buy success in Europe, have no history and if it wasnt for the Sheik would be nowhere, so I gave them a bit of a history lesson, (some of it does not put us in a great light but worth sharing, even though most will have seen it before)

Some are now spiting feathers, others have returned to their hibernation stage, they just cannot believe that Soccerball was not invented by Murdoch to sell TV stations.
