Any football fan can say this too but,for me, there is nothing like when we launch an attack and there is the clatter of the flip seats hitting the backrest as everyone stands to get a "better" view,the attacker roared on urgently.A noise so large and insistent it causes the ears to ring

a momentary silence as the ball is played accross the box, all you hear is a whoosh which is thousands of people around you drawing breath as one,so quiet it is you can hear the bull struck off the boot; a satisfying bop and "frrrrllllllap" as the leather ball rolls up the netting.

Silence is broken as everyone releases that drawn in breath into a scream that goes on for seconds that seem like minutes.

A release of anticipation,endorphins and fuck knows what else.

I love Manchester City for moments like that

i do. there is nobody that pisses me off more than city. they always ruin my weekend and i spend all my money on them. i spend all my time talkin about them. they have made me so happy on the odd occasion and i spend alot of time reminiscing about being at the match. definitely love.

Its because you love the club so much that it hurts like hell when things go wrong. Its why we defend our club and our own like nothing else.
If anybody else put you through what City do, you would stay well clear, but I know however badly they treat me I will always be back for more.
