That's about 8 times the recommended daily portion I reckon. Got to watch you don't overeat too often.I've got a rack of ribs on the go for tea. Won't be ready for nearly two hrs. Feeling a little peckish I opened the cupboard and spot a lb bag of trail mix. I'm almost half way through it and don't think I can face eating ribs tonight. Cashews, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, pecans etc etc...all Nuts, you can't beat em.
