i phone help

just plugged my phone into itunes. it asked me to install a new update

so i clicked yes. my pc then for some reason crashed and now my phone is stook on the screen with the apple logo and the loading bar underneath

cant turn it off or nothing

anyone got any idea what i can do?

Hold down the lock button and the home button together and it should restart mate!

Hold the lock button and the home button down for 10 secs. Should reboot your phone, if that doesnt work then do a google search and you will find something.

Mine does this everytime i plug it in, you have to take it back apple and they re boot it, oh, and you will lose everything on the phone from phone numbers, email, pictures etc. Welcome to the wonderful world of Apple.

That definitely works on the iPod (mine locks every now and again).

If its not the first time you've plugged the phone in there shouldnt be a worry of losing anything from the phone as iTunes makes a backup everytime the phones plugged in an you can simply restore to a saved backup.

As other have said though, lock button + home button for 10 seconds does the trick for a locked iPhone. Once it comes back on, plug it back in for the update to continue.
