I still think we will win the league

Aston Villa playing well.. Not getting rolled over... And attacking spurs unlike Norwich yesterday

Saying that kame should have scored many times already

2012 - 6 to play 8 points behind. Currently 9 to play 9 behind. Against teams that have zero track record of winning the league under pressure. Jesus Christ perspective...! Any other team that does (Apart from ourselves) are not in with a shout. De Bruyne to return too!

We were competing against 1 other team - and critically we had them to play at home. We dont play Leicester or Tottenham again so it's a much worse position. Not to mention we were playing much, much better - we had 71pts from 32 games.

Exactly. It's a crappy situation for sure. But what's done is done. Leicester, Spurs & Arse all away next weekend. Football can change in an instant. Form goes out of the window. 2 wins this week and if results go for us elsewhere it will look possible again. Getting closer to last chance saloon though so the players need to wake up. De Bruyne coming back is huge.

Let go of those straws mate, its gone, in fact it went a long time before saturday
Top 4 is now the goal.

Not beaten a top 8 team all season, not won 2 on the spin since October and 9 points behind Leicester City, yes fucking Leicester City. Its shameful for one of the most expensive squads in world football, the apathy amongst the players is astounding.

When it comes to the big games (in the premiership anyway) we just don't look up for it. You think back to Chelsea at the start of the season, we really put a marker down and since then it's all been down hill. You think to games like Villa away, West ham at home, Liverpool at home, West Ham away, Everton home etc, we've thrown away some silly points. You don't mind that as much if we turn it up in the games like Arsenal away, Leicester home and away, Spurs home, United away.

We're so inconsistent. Thank God we won that cup, cause if not this would have been a huge set back!

The DT outline five games where we have slipped up this season. One of them is the 0-0 v EFC at The Etihad. It goes on to state that EFC were the first team since Birmingham in 2010 who prevented us from scoring at home. Oh no they weren't. The team that prevented us from scoring that match were the whistling wanker and his mates. Had they applied the letter of the law in added time we've have had the stonewall penalty. 1-0 to City and three points. Thank you very much Roger, yer useless bastard!!

And let's not forget the six points Crappenberg awarded Spurs this season!!

Saturday was that point for me where I finally had to draw a line under our title ambitions for this season. Haven't fancied us for ages but had still been keeping an eye on the points difference between us and the top. After that result though, I'll be hoping Leicester win tonight as I don't believe we'll catch them whatever happens and I really can't stomach the idea of spurs or arsenal winning the title. Also, the idea of spurs and arsenal finishing above us, chelsea, liverpool, united etc only to finish behind leicester does provide some light relief in an otherwise disappointing season.

Do I think we will win the league? No

Can we win the league? Yes.... we have to lift our game and play to our full potential and a whole load of luck, there is an air of ignorance around the dressing room started by selection from pellers, I can't believe for one minute that he can't see what everyone else can, If pellers can't select a winning mentality team then for the good of the club its time to say bye bye and hand the reigns to whoever can, possibly one of Peps back room staff, I don't know but selection is the key and not playing bone idle is a start
