Ha ha. Good one. Think you know what i meant. The footy that day was nearly as bad as last Saturday. And he was right. Actually no Manchester club scored last minute winners that week.

I don't know how you can remain so optimistic. We have come back from difficult situations before now but the difference this time is that our form has been awful for so long that I don't see any logical reason to expect a sudden turn around. We have accumulated a similar amount of points to West Brom and Bournemouth over the last 6 months and in that time Stoke have won 5 points more than us. Make no mistake we have played for two thirds of a season at the level of a mid table team. I think finishing 6th or even 7th is much more likely than finishing 1st at this point.Ha ha. Good one. Well i want to (stay optomistic). I don't think the players look at it that way (past six months form). I think they are looking at the table and thinking they are capable of getting up their. It's very annoying because with the players and their ability we could be top or 1 or 2 points off. I don't agree the form has been that bad in every competition because we won the cup & progressed in champions league. City are very inconsistent. Consistently inconsistent. I think we are playing very poorly but away at Seville & Kiev we played very well. I live in hope the rest of the season the good City turn up.I don't know how you can remain so optimistic. I think the players look like a group who have been way off form in the league for quite a long time, devoid of confidence, fight and ideas so who knows how they look at it? I agree though, they have looked much better in the cups over those six months which is a bit of a mystery but the league form has been very consistent, consistently average or by the standards we should be expecting of our players, consistently poor.Well i want to (stay optomistic). Bony would have had to bother getting on the ball to provide a poor final ball. :)Perfectly well reasoned post. I too do not think we will win the league, but I think with KDB, Nasri and Delph coming back, we will have other options and our form may pick up and we will finish strongly.
On Saturday, the main problem for me, was that the quality of our final ball, when in good positions, from the likes of Bony, Navas, Clichy and Sagna, was incredibly poor. Put Nasri and KDB in those situations and we would have looked much better. At least we now look more defensively solid, bar the occasional hiccup (Liverpool away). KDB will also make us a threat from set pieces.

C'mon the Toon.
Think I'd rather Leicester win it than Tottenham.
