Crap tournament, too many games and very little kudos for winning it. I wish we were out because it's just a distraction. What say you?

Didn't wanna be in it last season as it's a big drain on resources. We now have more than enough players to cope with the competition and go for the league.

Bring it on i say

p.s. daft question but do the tournament winners qualify for chumps league??

Can't wait for it to start again and think we've got a very good chance of winning it. Our second team could go a long way in it and it's good experience for (fingers crossed) the champions league next year. To win it would show how far we've come and a lot of people would stand up and take note

No, you just go back in the Europa.

But not a daft question, many stubbornly believe it to be true.

Nah, kudos or no kudos, it's a proper European trophy...and we have the ability to win it. With the size of squad we have, and the momentum we have going into the next part of the season, I don't expect it to effect our league form negatively. Even if it did, I think we're more likely to win it than the league, and as such I'm delighted we're still in it...

Personally I think it`s vital experience should we get into the Champions League, not only on the playing side but for match preparation, squad rotation etc etc.
