Ibra..would you have him yes or no?

IMO similar to the RVP deal last year, he signs we win the league and we will get out of the group stages of CL. Person wise probably won't sit with the new "spirit" of togetherness at the club plus it would probably blow a very large hole in the wage bill and all the attempts we are seemlingly trying to do in bringing that under control. We might want him but I think our management won't go near him with a barge pole unfortunately.
 
Regardless of the silly answers I have given previously, only if we can sign him on loan.
 
At this point I think we should do everything to get him to the club. Twice as good as anyone we're linked with, and probably the best player "available". Cavani is gone, Falcao is gone, Rooney is Rooney, looks like Lewandowski is ending up elsewhere and with Cavani at PSG Ibra might be persuaded to go to England. Looks like he's headed to Real though.

Looking at the squad now, versus the other top teams, I think we need someone like Ibra to challenge for the title. There is some hope in Dzeko improving in the new squad, Guidetti getting fit and the signings Pellegrini is looking at though.
 
He's not going to fit into the team and the way Pelligrini wants to play. He wants a fluid forward line, he won't do that. It didn't work at Barca. He has to play as the focal point and just like Balo it didn't work for the same reasons. At his age we would be stuck with him with no hope of offloading him. He's already played for every other top club.
 
We sign him = we win the league and have a genuine crack at the CL. Ibra is the best striker in the world. Only RVP comes close. I dont think Even Aguero or Cavani would have the same impact as him. I read a statistic that he has won the league with whichever team he has played with in the last 10 years!
