I`ve been with Tiscali for years, but decided to switch. Chose o2 as it`s unlimited download and also alot cheaper.
BUT HERES THE CRUNCH, don`t do it online, go to an o2 shop to do the deal.
Unlimited download, upto 20 meg speed, discounted to £9.79/month if you have an o2 mobile (can be a PAYG) with the first 3 months free.
If you do the deal in the shop you get a FREE 16gb IPOD touch.
Apparently this is an offer until the end of January.
