I would think, we will need to go out and buy another new team.

Because it won't be just Tevez we can all cry about leaving.

for me silva lately looks pissed of big time with this crap negative football.

Do you also like having needles pushed through your nipples and weights attached to your testicles as well?

No, that sounds really sore.

Look dude, I'll leave you to your traditional ideals. I just like to see the ball being passed around.

Oh please!!!

What a load of bollocks... you should know better... laughing stock FFS?...

there are lot of people around here who dont like or want to face the truth.
i would say 3 years after coming in to 550 billion pounds we should have won something or at least be very comfortable in a top 4 place.

I think you confuse me with some fucking idiot Bill... I've been supporting City as long as you have (nearly)... Laughing stock we are certainly fucking not Bill..... Disappointing at the moment maybe.. but laughing stock? In the past certainly, but not now...get a grip!

Yes but passing it forward isnt a crime. Mancini seems to think you can win by passing the ball in triangles between Vinny Lescott and Hart

Re: if the Owner confirm mancini....

When Howard Wilkinson (while not the paragon of managerial capability) took over at Leeds, the first thing he did was remove the pictures of the former legends etc from the walls. All a psychological ploy of course but the point I try to make is merely some of us probably need to conduct the same excercise with the corridors of our minds.

ok lets say then that the rag media are rubbing their hands at our failure to overtake them when they are the worst rag side for 20 years.lets also say that all the other clubs who are so very jealous of our money singing you're gonna win fuck all may just be right.
we should not be in this position.
i dont think you're an idiot and it matters not how long you have been following city, all the matters is we are playing gash and it needs addressing and the sooner the better.

whatever it takes.

if i'm honest i'm shit scared the owners will do one, they have to make money and our football is emptying the stadium not filling it.no bums on seats, no hot dogs, not programme sales and most of all the tv wont show boring fucking teams on the telly.
we need a fucking overall and fast.

if i'm being an idiot then feel free to tell me so.

Re: if the Owner confirm mancini....

Have i missed something here? Has Mancini not guided us to the top 4 with not many games left? Are we not in the FA cup semi?

How would changing manager YET AGAIN help improve us? Do you lot not understand it takes time to compete with clubs who have been established for decades?

All a new manager would do (no matter who it was) is take us back to square one at a time where we can no longer afford to spend any amount on new players which a new manager would undoubtedly want to do. This Fianancial fair play bollocks is just around the corner.

We have a squad which given time is more than capable of bringing the success we desire. The manager and the players just need time and a bit of faith. Now is the time with not long left in the season to really show our fantastic support.

Re: if the Owner confirm mancini....

I honestly think Mancini should be shown the door at the end of the season as wherever we finish, its not because we are good, its because the teams we play are weak. Our game is boring, admittedly so, and we are nowhere near challenging for the Champions League with this 'go for a draw' mentality. Best to bring Mourinho in at the end of the season to shape things up.

1) I'd like to see us press 'in packs' more, but it's silly to say that our forwards don't press - they all do, especially Silva and Tevez.

No, what's a bit silly is saying that Silva and Tevez 'pressing' is the same as the way Barca press. It's incomparable. So you'd like to see us press more in packs...why don't you think we do it?

2) I thought it was an even (but extremely tight) game, Billy, and the stats show 4 shots each. The rags look to play on the counter in almost every away game, you know they do. And they're great at it. We're not there yet, granted.

Hmm, okay, so if the rags are great at counter attacking football, and we're not very good at it, then maybe that explains why we struggle to beat 'bigger' teams when we play with a more defensive mentality. Maybe we should play to our strengths then rather than worrying about the oppositions strengths...just a though.

3) Spurs don't play 'great football', Billy. They play fast football. This is the difference between the Europe and the UK - they appreciate tactics and passing, not just goals and sliding tackles.

LOL. Sorry mate, but I can't take that seriously. It's a stereotype which has no basis in reality and which I'm sure is born out of jealousy at the fact that Spurs beat us to 4th last season. Suggesting that a team with Modric, VDV, Sando, Huddlestone, Gallas, Dawson, et al simply hoof the ball or play it wide is a blatant lie.

4) He needs to drop Yaya and move Silva to the middle, that's about my only iidea. Again, don't give me this 'one-paced' shit - we were very good up until January. Since then, we've looked fatigued, due to injuries and too many games. But still we've only been beaten four times, by United, Villa, Chelsea and in -3c Kiev.

Really, he needs to drop Yaya and play Silva in the middle. Some of us said it back in September, and have been saying it consistently since then.

One paced shite is exactly what we play. If you were to cast a critical eye over our fixtures you would soon realize we have struggled to play with tempo for more than 45 minutes in any game with the only real exceptions being Liverpool and Fulham.

9 times out of 10 you are correct but if we do applaud and get behind mancini he'll think what we are being served up is acceptable. now ok we sing our hearts out at the games but we should at least have our say on here.
did anyone notice the feeble singing for mancini at chelsea, very quiet and very short.
