If the squad stays as it is, what is our strongest 11?

---------------Hart-------------
---------Komps-----Stones---------
Sagna-----Fernandinho----Clichy
------Gundogan-------KDB--------
----Sane------Aguero------Nolito---

Oh my God....where is King David....and I thought previously that you knew a lot about football...haha!!!!....bow your head in shame.

Bravo

Stones Kompany Otamendi

Fernandinho Gundogan

Sterling Silva De Bruyne Sane

Aguero

Just writing it makes me wow.
Nolito over Sane. Kolarov over Kompany. Dihno's plays on the right in the position that used to be RB. But really is Right back midfielder. Everyone else as is.

Bravo
Dinho Stones Otamendi Kola
Silva Gundogan KdB
Sterling Aguero Nolito

On current form, this makes the most sense. The players' positions can't really be explained by a single formation since our shape changes so much from when we have the ball to when we don't. Fernandinho and Kolarov would both provide midfield support near the middle of the pitch while Silva and De Bruyne play free. When Kompany is fit, he'll probably take Otamendi's place.

Bravo
Sagna Stones Otamendi Kolarov
Fernandinho
Sterling Silva DeBruyne G.Jesus
Aguero
Willy
Kompany
Zabaleta
Gundogan
Sane
Kelechi
Nolito

Wow.

Not sure we have a strongest 11 as I think it will change dependent on opposition and circumstance. What I'm quickly realising is that everything I thought I knew about football is at odds with what I'm watching and traditional thinking is out of the window and a lot of the 'experts' can't cope with it either. Luckily, the bloke we have in charge seems to have more than a vague idea of what's going on and I have a feeling this season might be one that lives long in the memory. Onward and upwards.

Just for fun. A modern day Keegan 3-5-2

Bravo
Sagna, kompany, otamendi, kolarov
Fernandinho, gundogan
Sterling, debruyne, Gabriel Jesus
Aguero
But the b team isn't bad either
Willy
Zabaleta, stones, tosin, Clichy
Fernando, Silva
Navas, sane, nolito
Iheanacho
Easily the best squad and probably the best starting 11 in the league.

Bravo

The 4 man defence picks itself however there is little between Sagna / Zab for right back.

Any 3 from; F'dinho, Gundogan, Silva, KdB.

Any 2 wide AM players from; Sane, Navas, Sterling, Nolito.

Serge up front,

There is no weak links in the 15 players above and even the likes of Kompany, F'do, Delph, Clichy, Nacho can come in and not weaken the side significantly. Match fitnesses / sharpness will be a big factor for those coming in.

I'm going with this though there's a risk of unbalance!

Bravo
Zab Stones Otamendi Kolarov
Ferds
Sterling Silva Gudogan KDB
Aguero
