...which would it be?

Tottenham 3 - 4 Manchester City
Manchester City 4 - 1 Rags
Manchester City 3 - 1 Rags
Gillingham 2 - 2 Manchester City (City promoted on penalties)

Not in terms of importance, in terms of how fondly you remember them.

The play off was and is the biggest day in our history.

The Spurs comeback for me, fantastic night.

The play-off was very important but let's face it, it was a pretty grim match with too much hanging on it.

How come? Probably one of the most important, but biggest?

I know it's not on the list but winning promotion to the Premier league at Blackburn was my favourite City moment. Four great goals, the celebrations on the pitch afterwards, and the number of times they hit the woodwork made the day full of drama and excitement.

Because our very existence was on the line. Had we lost that day, we might never have been where we are today.

Yep. One of my all-time favourite City memories, this one. Must have had about 14 heart attacks and 36 strokes during that game. But when Kennedy ran up to Big Joe and embraced him I knew we were up.

Brilliant day.

I agree with this. It was vital we didn't spend another season in old Division3!

I think Berstein sais that after for effect, but it was never true was it?

We had cut our cloth 12 months before and wer pulling in good gate money, promotion was certain the year after.

Tottenham 3 - 4 Manchester City (4th)
Manchester City 4 - 1 Rags (3rd)
Manchester City 3 - 1 Rags (2nd if you mean the Maine Road one)
Gillingham 2 - 2 Manchester City (First by a country mile)

This for me should deffo be on the list, what a day that was i was even spotted on TV for about 1 sec, (with about 15,000 others on the pitch).

well my memory of wembley is a blur. but i remember the last maine road derby well. gives me goosebumps thinkin about it.

You cant just pick one indivudually, they're all special. Rags 3-1 was just a special day, I was at the 4-1 game and that was easily one of THE greatest days of my life, the 3-4 was probably one of the best nights of my life while I dont remember Gillingham too well, though what I do remember was awesome and it was easily one of the club's finest hours. I suppose, if I had to choose, I'd say 4-1, because it was a rare good moment in the 03/04 season and the fact that I was there adds to that for me.
