Im guessing all us blues this morning are a bit hurt and delicate even a little embarrased, but have a thought about the players that have our contract offer in their hands...... They will have to swallow a hell of alot of profesional pride and questions about there sanity if they are to place a signature on a contract.
Mark Hughes has made it virtually imposible for serious negotiations to take place over his breif reign.
I believe that a new manager now has to be a part of these negotiations or we are going to end up with old Hughes' players.
The next 3 weeks are the most important this club has ever faced, if this continues the owners wont have any isues with selling us on and buying everton. FFS!!!

Then let them buy Everton !
I'd rather invest emotionally in a club represented by hungry British owners AND players than a motley bunch of losers ... mega-buck mercenaries who don't give a damn about the club. If City slide back a division or two the highs will be more modest, but modest high are better than continual lows - leaving aside the odd drubbing we can hand out to mediocre opposition.

If the Arabs really are so committed that they can be considering Everton only a few months in then good riddance. Or perhaps you are joking?
