The thing I'd be wondering about is.....

If he has agreed to return to us, has he been given assurances re the way the legal cases are looking? I'm sure Pep is being kept fully informed. Will he have told Ilkay something to reassure him. Or am I adding 2 + 2, and getting (11)5?

I really dont think Pep or the players care about this as much as some thing.

Whats the worse that happens, we are given fines, relegations and everything else. They get to tear up their contract and walk away. No lose scenario for them really.

I dunno about that. I can imagine some of that squad might not be too happy about playing in the Championship.

Don’t know if anyone’s ever seen it or knows where it still can be found; but have you ever seen the Arabic commentary (and stadium audio) for this?

The commentator was going bananas, very passionate, but the stadium audio of the fans was incredible. Showed the stark difference between how dubbed down it is on our stations in this country. You could really get a sense of the atmosphere of those five minutes from it.

I had an X post (which had the caption, ‘the best 5 minutes I’ve ever seen in football’ or something) saved in my notes of it but the account deleted the post and I’ve never been able to find the video since.

Wow! He's steeped in City's mentality & must have found Barça's acceptance of losing such a huge game alien.

As City fans we're spoilt. Everything we hold dear about Guardiola & our club can be summed up by that post match interview.
