Modric won the Balon d'Or when he was 32; worth remembering for those who are fretting over his age. Silky isn't the type of player who depends on pace and intensity, just like Modric he'll be able to play well into his thirties. If he's regressed even 25%, he'll still be better than most midfielders in the league. I can see Pep using him for the bigger ganes; sparingly.

It's a no-brainer and I can't wait to see him put on the shirt again.
