Don't begrudge Mr whippy hjs move (although sad he's going), but why the fuck help Barca out of the financial hole by gifting them a player of this class on a free? I know he's out of contract but Barca have not done us any favours.

City have absolutely zero say In where he choses to go. You can’t claim we are helping Barca out

Shame a bit like D Silva could have played a few more years for us.

If I was him maybe I would think now was the time to go.

Think he’ll get a pitch named after him, not quite a statue but he was definitely close.

Thanks for the memories, one of the greats but never fully got the respect he deserved.
Never got the respect he deserved???

He was hero worshipped by the majority.

Serious question, where do you watch from? As from my perspective, and fans around me, they absolutely love Gundo, home and away.

A true legend. We've seen them go before - Ya Ya, David Silva, Vinnie and Kun to name but four - and Pep has replaced the irreplaceable, introduced something new and City have rolled on, but the departing legend becomes a part of our history we'll never forget. We shall always revere a player who has played in TWO treble winning City teams - both the domestic and the European - so farewell Gundo and thanks for everything, but perhaps a special thanks for those two against the rags at Wembley.
