winding down in life.
Which was the most enjoyable? 6-1 was great but to win that game 2-1 with a much worse a squad seemed to mean more. We spoilt their day good and proper, they were well up for it and our win was totally unexpected , the 6-1 was nailed on.

6-1. The impeccable derby was humiliation for them but the 6-1 was their lowest low!

A toss up TBH.

In the Impeccable derby they expected to win so it was a shock to their systems when they lost but in the demolition derby they all knew in their heart of hearts that they were likely to lose it was the margin that made it for me so I'd have to go 1-6, just.

6-1, as this meant so much more. It was the noisy neighbours smashing down there back door, raping there wife and burning down the house

This is our town now, fuck off

Notice how we have stopped being called "the noisy neighbours" in the press, we slapped the alky down thats how much the 6-1 meant as we truly arrived in the worlds eyes that day

The 2-1 win ended a 34 year wait for a win at the Swamp so it will always be special. For me there's not that much to choose between them, both fantastic days.

1-6.

The 1-2 felt like a "once in a lifetime" event due to the fact it was a Munich anniversary, but the recent demolition felt like a serious turning point.

And we proper mullered them, which was great!

This. In the press, i regularly see it called "the Munich Memorial game". There was me thinking it was a regular Premier League match!

I was thinking about this the other day, watching Prem League Years, they dedicated 5+ mins to the build up to the munich game. The script was written, we should've been the losers, whose fans spoiled the silence...but we did EVERYTHING right.
Won't forget the sight of Fergie applauding our fans in a hurry.

Then again...6...fucking SIX goals at the swamp.
