Importing from China...

Need some help and advice re importing medium priced items individually from China. Have bought goods from America and Canada before etc but that was all done for me by the vendors.
Any import/export agents out there ??

I’ve just brought something from Alibaba was about $5k. You absolutely must ensure the seller covers all shipping agent fees, ideally ask for a door to door service where you pay import duties. If you get just landed costs the shipping agent can charge an absolute fortune

I would steer well clear of China at present due to severe delays due to space and container shortages and also extortionate freight charges.
This time last year it was $3000 for a 40' container.
Today it's touching $20000
Crazy times...
