In what way were we negative yesterday?

0 - 0 is the clear evidence we were negative

if it was a 1 - 0 then no , we weren't negative. indeed. we dominated

the way we looked lost everytime we crossed the half way line the same as wednesday what games are you watching?

Fully agreed. We did lack pace and tempo, and take worse set pieces than a Sunday League team, but we were not negative. Birmingham were the negative team.

Goal attempts: 21
Attempts on target: 11
Corners: 6
Possession: 55%

Seems to me the problem was not tactics or Mancini but the players unable to find the cutting edge. Even so, we had some excellent chances (Tevez's disallowed goal, Tevez's one-on-one, Milner's shot cleared off line). Tevez having his worst game in blue since his settling in period ended didn't help.

Many of our fans have caved into the media's propaganda and now fully believe what they read/hear.

Playing one up front for most of the game and then reverting to one up front for the end of it.

Firstly playing one up front is not negative - are Arsenal, Barcelona negative?? NO

Secondly I am sure we would have played with 2 if either of Ade or balotelli was fit.
