Didn't look much like an accident. The driver seems to purposely steer right into the people. Unless its some accident or someone pissed up and they've panicked and tried to get away ASAP, hitting a bunch of others on the way.

People will allude to terrorism because it looks similar to actual attackd we've seen across Europe.

I'm sure we'll find out. All just guess work at this point.

Apparently, a man has been detained. There's a video of crowds surrounding the car, and trying to drag him out. They'd have ripped him to shreds if the police weren't there.

Yes it's strange, right in the city center water street. I used to go there when I worked for Bibby tankers as that's where their office was.
