Even if the car had stayed still, it still might have been attacked as it was in the way. We’ve all seen cars being attacked that are in the way at big events and gatherings. People get annoyed about that for some reason. Once 1 person attacks the car, other people quickly join in attacking the car.

There were 3 or so trying to prevent people attacking the car and another front near side who jumped out of the way.

Things like that happen v quickly and with so many people there I don’t think they could’ve done more.

Agree and the ones that seemed to be attacking the vehicle before the driver seemed to lose it……not that any provocation should be an excuse to have lead the driver to carry out what went on immediately after.

There was up to a million fans, impossible to police every single area, they were surrounding that car within seconds when that incident happened - hence the driver has come out alive.

He ain’t getting off with this. That reversing his car into people is bad enough. What he did next is horrendous. He will be looking a long sentence for this.

I’ve seen impatient drivers trying to pull out after the game at city before and people banging bonnets etc as it’s just dangerous. He looks like one of those. Impatient and lost his shit completely.
