What the fuck is this mobile pass thing!! Have tickets in basket but won’t let me allocate despite 3 memberships!!

Just refresh the page a few times and it will eventually come up with like your citizen number or something for you to assign the pass too. The website is so slow that even simple things like drop down menus are taking to long to load.

i never got the error messages just got put in a queue and somehow bypassed all the issues everyone seems to be having now and got tickets to a few games. it’s still letting me add more tickets but have no idea how!

thought supposed to go forward in a queue - 'got' couple of tickets about 1/2 hour ago, crept forward to 14 mins now wait > 1hr wtf is going on

So how are people buying tickets now. My son attended more than 5 games over the last 2 years but I am in a queue saying the event starts at 11. it really is screwed up... as usual.

Is everyone one pushed back to 11?

I've not got beyond the screen with all the fixtures asking me to buy a membership (even though I have one). Now pushed back to 11 - but seeing how many people have managed to buy tkts already am concerned there won't be much left then

I got the same meassge, and you can only download the mobile pass to mobile device, so if on a laptop you can't do it. Ive lost all of my tickets.

Tried to add tickets for multiple games but kept crashing so just checked out in the end for 1 game as the timer was running low

Yes the big games,but I was replying to someone who said he doesn't think he will make a game this season but he will get a ticket for the lower teams.
