When they went on sale the email said you could transfer them then, but then I got an email a few days ago saying the window was opening, after I had already rung the club up last week to transfer as I knew early on that I couldn’t make this game. I didn’t receive email either. Might be obvious but you have tried logging into the account who’s name the ticket was bought under and checking ‘my tickets’?

Yeah, sounds like it needs chasing up unfortunately. The ticket should be there in ‘my tickets’ immediately after you’ve bought it, even if it isn’t available to download at that time.
