hearing that its a strict dress code, no jeans, no short hair, must wear trousers and shoes.

It's a formal shirt with collar, trousers and shoes. No tattoos or earrings but if you're staying in the hotel you should be alright because the disco is part of the hotel complex and their are no bouncers to stop you entering that part of the hotel. They are only on the front door later on at night.

There are the odd bouncer mooching about so I would be careful but as you are staying there you might get away with it, 50/50 chance. I would still take a shirt, trousers and shoes just in case.
