The next time this competition is run the prize money is £2.5 billion and there will be 32 teams. But the record books will still show this year’s winner in the same list.

Its the final chance to win it with “easier” teams.

it’s an international club trophy and only the champions even get the chance to try to win it. the aim of the game is to end up with shiny metal things in your hands. thankfully, pep loves those :D

Only Champions get the chance to win the community shield and super cup but I don't care about those either.

Totally meaningless trinkets at stake, and games which only take place to fill the coffers of the greedy football associations.

Unless the proceeds genuinely go to charities the
" competitions / games " have no worth - unless you are a dipper/ rag/ gooner fan, when they obviously are world class prizes.

Next season it will become one of the major tournaments to win. All the best teams will be in it and it could one day rival the CL. It will have huge revenues and a huge audience, especially as this first one is in the USA. Back to back World Champions would be impressive.
