Injuries 2024/25 | Kovacic ruled out for a month

I had it a few years ago mate, have you tried shockwave therapy? I had about half a dozen sessions and mine has never come back.
I've had it a couple of times. Sore first in the morning and when static but I could still run and the pain would subside. Took ages to go away though, probably about a year. Had to have moulded inserts into all of my footwear to raise the heel

It was like standing on a needle first thing in the morning, absolute agony, it was only Shockwave therapy that cured it.

Hope it gets easier for you soon.
Cheers mate. You know what, weirdly it helped me today having watched Rodders’ vid. Went to the gym this morning and hammered it today, put my knee through the biggest workout since I damaged it in January. Felt good, and felt strong. No doubt I’ll be aching tomorrow but enjoyed it.

Good luck with yours, pal. Great to hear that determination.

I'm nearing 5 weeks on my meniscus surgery and absolutely chomping at the bit to get training again.

It's still stiff and limited movement, but the physios are happy with current progress.

I'm raring to go. Rodri must be a man possessed - that's why he's the best footballer on planet earth.
