Gündoğan’s only good game this season was in defensive midfield away at Spurs in the EFL Cup. Can easily step in there.

We can only dream. If James can't get a game whilst we are short and loosing games, I can't imagine he will play any of them. Lots of square pegs I guess. I don't think Oscar would have started whilst all this was going on.Yep.
It's his natural position, so time for Pep to trust the lad & hope Jacob can make the step up.
