yes but we have not got a lot of options at CF. This is a big blow for the lad since he would have got opportunities with so many games.
I would like to know how injured he was when he played in the final and whether City medical staff had a view.
I have no problem with our players playing for their country but not when they're bloody injured.
They play for their countries as patriots. They play for MCFC as mercenaries.

It's an unfortunate injury but shit happens. Good job we have a large squad full of quality.
If it's related to the injury in the previous match, it cannot be considered "unfortunate" as "shit" could -and should- have been prevented. I really really hope this is not the case, otherwise it's criminal. Both for the club and the boy, situations like this are blocking his progress...
