So basically we’re once again without key players: KDB Aguero Gundy Ferdy & to a lesser extent Ake. But no wringing of hands by the media on our behalf!

Sad for Ake..he must have had a grade 3 tear in the hamstring..months of recovery. The Gundog, KdB issue is more concerning, as we really need one of these guys playing. We do have the best squad to deal with these issues though.
The papers report how the Scousers injuries are severe, but just because we are top they dismiss the brilliance of Pep in his mangement in dealing with equally difficult injuries.

Very true re media treating dippers differently. How do you know it’s Ake’s hamstring. I’ve seen no details about his injury & it’s been a bit of a mystery!

If the official site is correct and Ferny is over his " niggles " that is a real bonus as we go into the next round of 6 games.

As for Ake its like a mystery case to the Covid-19 Team but they refuse to reveal the details to the public either because its a mystery to them or they don't wish to compromise another reason for his continued unavailability.

Calf , hamstring , thigh , knee or something else who knows we probably won't know until he returns whenever that may be.

Hope it’s nothing serious health wise. It’s odd that it’s never discussed. Can only assume for personal reasons - which should be respected so I’ll not mention it again
