Insanity work-out

Anyone done just the insanity abs workout?

How often are you meant to do it? I'm down on weight and boxing keeps me fit but would be good to mould the abs some more

Not sure if I should post this but if anyone wants T25 Alpha,Beta and Gamma plus the full daily programme of workouts then pm me.
I will need an 8gb Pen drive.
I have let a few have it in here and I don't want anything in return.Always happy to help fellow Insanity,T25 disciples.
The copies are absolutely immaculate and will save you over £100.
I am going to start Beta again now the season is over.
Been a bit lazy recently however have just been doing around 100 press ups per day broken down into 50 in the morning and 50 in the afternoon. The results are fucking incredible.
Once you have completed Insanity and T25 you will find it a lot easier to maintain your body shape i my opinion with less intense workouts and maintaining a healthy balanced diet.
The only tip I can offer re Insanity-I did the whole 60 days without missing a session-Is you simply have to load up with Protein shakes which aids the all important muscle recovery. That first week is a fucking killer.
Was gonna post some pics of the upper body on here but daren't as I will get the piss ripped out of me.
Keep working out peeps. Insanity all the wayyyyyy.

Post em you soft bastard,if youre as good as youre word then the results will inspire, anyone who takes the piss isn't worth a wank any way,and besides, you can only imagine what state they are probably in.

Fuck it-Here goes.
I haven't got the before shots mind you.
Not bad for a 40 yr old...Not forgetting I haven't done a tap apart from press ups recently.

Well done SHB,huge respect and fair play, you look fit and healthy, exactly the kind of physique I'd expect to see from this type of training.

Hopefully,others will take inspiration.

Cheers fella. I feel really bad lately as not managed to do much. But I'm gonna blast the fast and furious later.
Really need to get some weights to start complimenting the cardio stuff.

I found the protein shakes for repair were so important for me. Certainly sped up recovery.

Definitely get some weights, although what I will say is that adding,or even maintaining mass, while attempting to stay lean, past the age of 40,becomes very, very difficult - yes,i am speaking from experience!

Youre right about protein, its essential for any type of training, the shakes are very convenient and even cost effective.

Well here's a before and after from myself. The face shows enough, but trust me the waist has lost a fecking ton.

Just got T25 and want to start it tomorrow but i also miss running. What do people recommend i do first and how long should the run be?

Also what sort of food should i be taking pre and post workout considering that this will be early morning 6:30-7am.
