So just seen Madrid are inaction. I thought that the Intercontinental Cup was what the shindig on the summer was replacing. So we won't be wearing our lovely gold badges for much longer (nooooot that we deserve them at the mo).

It's a new tournament by FIFA that takes the place and format of the previous Club World Cup and will be played yearly like the Club World Cup was, whilst the Club World Cup has now changed to every four years and with six times as many teams and starts this new format in the coming summer.

It's basically what the Club World Cup was up until after we won it.
