Someone call Norris McWhirter, the number of times that one article has been posted has been broken.

"Such a development will not only benefit the community, but will bring a raft of sponsorship opportunities."

Re the Etihad complex....I didn't even realise that this could be sponsored. OMG-How much money are we gonna generate!!!!

What will be interesting is when all this has been developed, will the money that it generates come into the coffers of the football club, or will the money go into the coffers of our chairman. As long as the club gets a good % that the companies pay that move into the Etihad Complex this should help us to generate plenty of money and keep the cost of the season tickets down to a reasonable price for the fans.

Also there are plans to redevelope the Etihad arena to 60,000+ capacity thew sooner that is done the better as this should increase the revenue for the club.

It doesn't really matter at the end of the day as our owner owns 100% of MCFC so all the revenue will be on City's books. If/When we become self-sufficient and even generate profits he can take his profits out whenever he feels like it.

There is no way he will let the football club fail through lack of investment as the club itself is the central focus to the whole strategy and investment/development of the area.
